How to Create Your Own Keg Ball League

Keg ball is a fun game that many adults enjoy playing. You may have heard of keg ball leagues in other cities all over the world. Follow these easy steps to start your own keg ball league and host tournaments every weekend.
First: Find a safe and legal location
Consuming alcohol in public without a permit, such as the ones beer gardens use, is illegal in most public spaces. Check with your city's police or permit department to find a place where it is legal for you to play keg ball and drink in public.
Second: Contact your friends and the friends of your friends
You can use any social media site to get your potential league started. You need at least eight players per team, and each team needs to select a name. Getting the word out among your friends about your keg ball league is the best way to generate players. If you cannot get enough players through your friends, contact local bars and clubs, and ask if you can place a flier on doors, windows or bulletin boards.
Third: Hold a league introduction meeting
When you have your teams organized, hold a league introduction meeting. This is where you can create and vote on a standard set of rules.
Fourth: Select umpires
Contacting retired softball and baseball coaches is the best way to find reliable umpire services. Many of these umpires enjoy calling the game, and some of them even accept drinks from the keg as payment.
Fifth: Schedule your games
Make a game schedule tournament-style, and make sure it works out so that at least eight members of the team can make it to the game. Remember to stay flexible, and allow room for schedule changes when they are needed.
